After accepting your quote, we will work out a time for your roof to be re-shingled. We typically require a deposit for the materials, and full payment once the roof is complete. 

When that time comes we will have a disposal bin, and materials dropped off at your house. We begin by stripping off the old shingles and disposing of them into the bin. This phase does tend to get the property messy with shingle waste and nails. We perform general clean-ups before lunch breaks, and at the end of the work day.  After removing the old shingles in one area, we install new shingles in that same area immediately afterwards. We use this sectioning method so that we don’t leave you with large areas of your roof uncovered overnight. 

We continue this sectioning method until the roof is complete, at which point we perform a thorough clean up of the roof and surrounding area. We dispose of any remaining shingles in the area by hand and broom. For the nails, we use a magnetic rolling device to pick up any remaining loose nails that we may have missed during our visual inspection. When the property is clean, we will have the bin removed from your driveway. Our aim is to have your property looking like it did before, and not like a construction site. We hope that we can make the process of getting a new roof as pain-free as possible with clear communication, quality installation, and meticulous clean-up.
